Try DISM and SFC repair for Windows 10 using Administrative Command Prompt:ĭism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Try completely scanning your computer for malware using HitmanPro, Malwarebytes, ADWCleaner, RogueKiller Try checking if your laptop has any RAM issues by booting into Windows Memory Diagnostics (Just do a search for it, click Restart now and check for problems) Try shutting off any antivirus/firewall software temporarily to test Try updating your laptop's BIOS, Chipset Driver, Intel HD Graphics driver from your laptop's manufacturer's website Try setting Display Scaling to 100% in Windows 10 Or just completely remove the entire Config folder too, that works. Try going into Documents\My Games\Octopath_Traveler\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini Try running the game's direct executable as Administrator (Right-Click Run as Administrator) I don't think any mods would "fix it" as the game should be able to run on your machine by default without any mods, but like anything in life, experiment and see. I'm curious if your machine can run UE4 at all? Do you have any other games that use it?
